As spring starts to peak out from behind winter’s curtain, I wanted to highlight a juice that is bright, refreshing, and a bit sassy. The Fresh & Spicy was a lab creation after finding a few juicing recipes using arugula - not one that I would even think about including in a juice. Built on solid basics like apple and celery, the peppery flavor, combined with the boldness of the ginger, make me more alert after the first sip. More please!

2 cups arugula, 2 celery stalks, 2 apples, and 2” ginger root
